1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and w367 ("w367", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the w367 website, betting products, live casino services and any related features available at w367.cam.

w367 is an English-language online betting and live casino information platform designed for adult users in Pakistan and other territories where access is not prohibited by applicable law. The Platform covers sports betting markets including Pakistan cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments, football and UFC, alongside live casino games, slots and table games, all displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the w367 platform.
• "Applicable Law" means any statute, regulation, ordinance or directive applicable to your jurisdiction and to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan).
• "Balance" means the total of real-money and bonus funds held in your Account at any given time, denominated in PKR.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets or match bonuses credited to your Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals may be processed.
• "Operator" means the licensed entity responsible for operating the w367 platform and its associated products.
• "Platform" means the w367 website, mobile-optimised interface and all associated betting, gaming and informational content.
• "Restricted Territory" means any country, province or jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is prohibited by Applicable Law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

3 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the w367 Platform in any way, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines or policies published on the Platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated herein by reference and form the complete agreement between you and w367.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. w367 reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

4 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on w367, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's licence jurisdiction or Applicable Law in your territory — whichever is greater. Attaining the age of 18 does not itself make gambling lawful in all parts of Pakistan.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by Applicable Law. It is your responsibility to determine this before registering.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of a Restricted Territory as defined by the Operator's licensing conditions.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from w367 or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, director, agent or contractor of the Operator, nor a close family member of such a person.

5 Account Registration

To open an Account, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information. You agree to update your registration details promptly if any information changes.

• Only one Account is permitted per person, per household and per device. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and any funds therein forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. w367 is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify w367 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• w367 reserves the right to request supporting identity documents at any time for the purpose of KYC compliance, fraud prevention or regulatory requirement. Failure to provide these documents within a reasonable time may result in Account restrictions.
• You must not allow any third party to use your Account. All activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility.

6 Deposits & Payments

All deposits and Account transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the Operator and may vary depending on the payment method selected and the Operator's current terms.

The Platform references payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual illustrations only. These references do not imply that any such institution endorses gambling or supports, processes or facilitates transactions for w367. Actual payment options available at any given time depend entirely on the Operator.

• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your Account once confirmed by the relevant payment processor. Processing delays are outside w367's control.
• w367 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
• Deposits made for the purpose of exploiting welcome bonuses without genuine play intent may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

7 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section and the Operator's current cashier terms.

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed. You will be required to submit valid identity documents (such as a CNIC or passport) that match the details held on your Account.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully satisfied before those funds are eligible for withdrawal. Real-money funds not subject to a bonus condition may generally be withdrawn separately, subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds.
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the method used for deposit where the Operator requires this.
• Withdrawal processing times are determined by the Operator and the payment provider. w367 makes no guarantee of specific payout timescales.
• w367 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, including requests for further documentation. Failure to comply with such requests may result in the withdrawal being declined pending full verification.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as published in the Operator's cashier terms at the time of the request.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

w367 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, reload incentives, loyalty rewards and other promotional schemes. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer and to the general conditions below.

• Each promotion has individual wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game/market conditions, time limits and maximum withdrawal limits. These are published with each specific offer.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. w367 reserves the right to refuse, recalculate or withdraw any bonus where it has been obtained through abuse, collusion, arbitrage or any other form of exploitation.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, a welcome bonus is available to each eligible user once only. Creating multiple Accounts to claim duplicate bonuses constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• w367 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to system errors or fraud prevention.
• In the event of any discrepancy between a promotional communication and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotional communication explicitly states otherwise.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers and casino game rounds placed on w367 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game, as published on the Platform. The following general principles apply:

• Bets are accepted in PKR. The minimum and maximum stake per bet or game round are set by the Operator and may vary by market, event or game type.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User except where the Platform explicitly provides a "cash out" or bet-cancellation feature for the relevant market.
• All bet results are determined by the Operator's official data and settlement rules. In the event of any dispute, the Operator's decision regarding bet settlement is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure.
• Cricket, football, UFC and other sports events listed on the Platform are used as sports context only. w367 has no official partnership with the PCB, PSL, ICC, FIFA, UFC or any team, league or governing body.
• Live / in-play markets are subject to real-time changes. Odds may fluctuate or markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Accepted bets at the time of suspension will stand at the odds confirmed at acceptance.
• In the event of a technical failure or manifest error in the odds display, w367 reserves the right to declare bets void and return stakes to Users.

10 Responsible Gambling

w367 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools to help users manage their gambling behaviour, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts and self-exclusion. Users are strongly encouraged to make use of these features.

• Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits at any time via their Account settings. Limit reductions take immediate effect. Increases are subject to a cooling-off period as determined by the Operator.
• Self-exclusion is available upon request and takes immediate effect. Self-excluded users must not attempt to open a new Account or circumvent exclusion measures.
• w367 encourages users experiencing gambling-related harm to seek support from recognised responsible-gambling resources available in the Operator's licence jurisdiction.
• The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 or older — or the higher minimum required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. Where there is any concern that a minor has accessed an Account, it will be immediately suspended pending investigation.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information, including false age or identity.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, or opening an Account in another person's name.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or any other software to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, insider trading or exploitation of non-public information in connection with any bet.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, hedging of bonus funds, or coordinated exploitation of promotional offers.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Restricted Territory by means of a VPN, proxy or other circumvention technology.
• Money laundering, financing of illegal activities or any other use of the Platform in breach of Applicable Law.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or w367 staff.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

w367 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including without limitation in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or breach of Applicable Law.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a financial institution in connection with the Account.
• Self-exclusion request by the Account holder.
• Legal or regulatory requirement.

Upon closure for breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds in your Account will be forfeited. Real-money funds that are not subject to an ongoing investigation or regulatory hold will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable limits and verification requirements.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the w367 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces and software — is the intellectual property of w367 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of w367.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, w367 and its directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Interruptions to service, technical errors, system downtime or data corruption.
• Loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or Applicable Law.
• Losses incurred as a result of decisions made on the basis of information displayed on the Platform, including odds, statistics or editorial content.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers or data suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its primary licence, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

Pakistani users are reminded that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The content of these Terms does not constitute legal advice. You are solely responsible for obtaining appropriate legal advice regarding your individual circumstances.

16 Amendments to These Terms

w367 reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via the contact details held on their Account or by a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.
